The proposed project is located within the right-of-way or easements on various streets in Salisbury, NC. The project includes the repair and repaving of the streets listed in the project manual. Bidders will ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status. All bidders shall include in their bid package an affidavit that they and all sub-contractors have complied with E-Verify or are exempt from the requirement. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.
