Renovation of a municipal facility in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. This Contract covers the following work at the Summerland Research Centre at 4200 Highway #97, Summerland, BC V0H 1Z0. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,001 to $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
