Renovation of a mixed-use development in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The District of Summerland requires a roofing contractor to be responsible for all work related to replacing the metal roof at the Summerland Arena. Work of this Contract comprises the following: Replacement in-kind of the existing metal roof panels, roofing accessories, gutters, and downspouts (including disposal and recycling). Removal and disposal of the existing internal gutter membrane and gutter drains (quantity: 5). Installation of a new internal gutter membrane and drains (quantity: 5). Repair of flat-roof-membrane upturn at sloped roof and replacement of nearest drain in-kind (quantity: 1). Removal or raising of mechanical equipment, as necessary, to complete the Work.
