This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the District of Summerland to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding Quotations for the removal of ozone-depleting substances and other halocarbons from units containing these substances (i.e. dehumidifiers, refrigerators, freezers, air-conditioners, heat pumps, water coolers, etc.) at the Summerland Sanitary Landfill, as further described in the RFQ, Section 2 Deliverables. Optionally, at the discretion of the District, the successful Respondent may be engaged for pressurized tank decommissioning services and other related innovative, alternative, or value-added services as per their quotation.
