Construction of a new single story, stand-alone childcare facility on the site of the Skaha Lake Middle School. 2. Selective demolition of existing site components including the existing tennis courts. 3. Site works including but not limited to - new asphalt driveway and parking area - concrete sidewalks - fencing - patch and repair work related to the new building; - related modifications and connections to site services; - landscape retaining walls - children's playgrounds Building size approximately 585m2.
