Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work involved will include the following Major work items include pavement removal, earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt paving, and pavement markings. All questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Landen Yasuda with Shrewsberry, LYasuda@shrewsusa.com. All questions must be in writing and submitted by 1:30 pm local time July 24, 2024. Guarantee will be required with each bid as a certified check on a solvent bank or a bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Montrose County. the sponsor has established a overall contract goal of 4.00 percent participation for small business concerns owned and controlled by certified socially and economically disadvantaged enterprise (DBE). The right is reserved, as Montrose County may require, to reject, any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
