Site work for a mixed-use development in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Removal of existing vegetation and topsoil in the proposed grading area. Installation of a new pre-cast catch basin structure, including new 250mm diameter double wall HDPE pipe to connect into the existing catch basin on site. Installation of a new pre-cast concrete intermediate section on the existing catch basin and grade rings (as required) to raise the frame and cover to the proposed new grades. Supply, placement, grading and compaction of borrow material to grades shown on the Project Drawings. Supply, placement and grading of Playground Wood Chips. Removal and reinstatement of existing chain link fencing as required to facilitate the work. Application of topsoil and hydroseed on disturbed grass surfaces. Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces and services. All related work and incidentals associated with the above work, including traffic control.
