The Supplier shall be responsible for suppling MAI with Supply of Welding Products listed in Appendix H - Pricing Form (the Deliverables). The Supplier shall ensure that all the Deliverables are supplied and delivered to MAIs warehouse located at 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three years, with an option in favour of MAI to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two one year terms.
