Renovation of a municipal facility in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of July 14, 2025 bids were canceled due to budgetary constraints. No definite plans for rebid.** The proposed Ferris Hill Control Building is located adjacent to the Ferris Hill water storage tank in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. The purpose of this contract is to remove all sensitive equipment from the existing concrete bunker built into the water tank and provide a new standalone building with new equipment and more space for operations. Any clarification required by a proponent must be requested in writing to the responsible Buyer indicated in the Solicitation. Such requests must be provided in due time before the closing date in order to allow proper consideration and a reply. The response to a request for clarifications submitted by any Proponent will be posted on the Nova Scotia Government Website as an Addendum Question Deadline 06/19/2025 Any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or uncertainties in the Contract Documents which may become apparent to Tenderers when tendering shall be advised in writing to the Owner at purchase@cbrm.ns.ca not less than five (5) working days before Tender Closing. Tenderers will be advised simultaneously of any decisions on such matters as necessary by means of addenda (which will be serially numbered) and all addenda issued shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents
