Site work for a water / sewer project in Sprague, Connecticut. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 14, 2024 no bids received for this project. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. The Contract consists of the cleaning, inspecting, and providing a cured in place lining of building sewer piping at the Sprague Town Hall. The intent of the work is to eliminate pipe clogging issues at the men's and women's first floor restrooms. Existing video inspections and additional data are available at the link included in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid surety in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent 5% of this bid is required. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid, and to waive any informality in the bids received if it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town to do so.
