The Town of Sprague is requesting written price quotes for the purchase and delivery of approximately 112 LED decorative streetlight fixtures, approximately 112 compatible arms, and 120 compatible button photocells. Contract Vendor shall adhere to and complete the attached minimum specification quote request form and evaluation criteria (Appendix A). The Contract, if awarded, will be on the basis of materials and equipment specified or described in the Quotation Documents, or those substitute or "or-equal" materials and equipment approved by the Town. The materials and equipment described in the Quotation Documents establish a standard of required type, function and quality to be met by any proposed substitute or "or-equal" item. The burden of proof of the merit of the proposed item is upon Bidder. Town's decision of approval or disapproval of a proposed item will be final. If Town approves any proposed item, such approval will be set forth in its notice of award. In addition, Contract Vendor shall provide all product cutsheets, testing documentation, warranty information, and complete description of the technical specifications of the proposed products, including verification that the equipment meets all of the required specifications, as well as information on any specific warranty or maintenance requirements. The price quote shall be all inclusive and be expressed as a cost per unit and total cost. No charges will be allowed for Federal, State, excise, or sales taxes. Per unit quoted prices shall hold should the Town opt to procure greater than or fewer than the listed quantities. All requests for clarification or questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 19, 2024, and only written responses may be relied upon.
