The engineer’s estimate for the project is $780,000 to $862,000, All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashier’s check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal The City of Ellensburg, Washington, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. Responsibility and competency of bidders and their subcontractors will be considered in making the award. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record subject to the Washington public disclosure act under chapter. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
