Site work for a water / sewer project in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to install 1,029 LF of 8 ductile iron waterline, 2 air and vacuum assembly, a 6 fire hydrant assembly as well as a service lateral for a residence along the alignment; install 3,087 LF of 2 electrical conduit only as well as 1,029 LF of 4 Electrical conduit only; 550 LF of 4 gas main; this project also includes HMA, gravel and grass restoration following completion of the utility installation; perform traffic control; and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete this project. The engineers range Tor the project is $356,000 to $525,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashiers check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
