Non-MFT Milling, Shaping, and Resurfacing Parking Lot at City Hall The proposed improvement is officially known as the West Peoria City Hall Parking Lot Resurfacing project. This project consists of milling, spot subgrade repair, grading, and shaping, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, parking lot striping, and all additional collateral work as required to complete the project according to the plans and specifications for resurfacing the parking lot at West Peoria City Hall. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Local Public Agency Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount (100%) of the Contract Price. No Bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of closing Bids. The City of West Peoria reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, the award shall be made to the low, responsive, responsible Bidder after the Bid evaluation has been submitted to the City and the grantee has received written notice of City approval.
