The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the abovestated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Removals and relocations, excavation and fill operations, traffic control measures, adjustments to grade, construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, concrete cross gutter, parkway culvert, aggregate base, asphalt paving, asphalt grinding and overlay, water meter and backflow device relocations, removal and reconstruction of a pressure reducing station from below ground to above ground, entry monument relocation, street light relocations, installation of a Filterra Unit BMP and storm drain connections thereto, traffic signal modification, traffic signing and striping, and other ancillary works at or near the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Alta Murrieta Drive, all as shown on the Plans, Standard Plans, and as specified in the Bid Specifications. There is NO pre-bid meeting for this project. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,200,000.00. Liquidated Damages $750.00 Bid, and Executed Contract.
