On behalf of Village of Fruitvale, we are pleased to offer you the invitation to provide a stipulated price Tender for the proposed hazardous and regulated materials abatement and partial building demolition work within the Beaver Valley School. The Hazardous and Regulated Materials Abatement portion of the work includes the removal and safe disposal of asbestos, lead, PCB, Mercury, Biological, Toxic, Flammable or Explosive Materials and underground storage tanks located within the buildings on the site identified as the Beaver Valley School. The project shall also include the partial demolition of the structure, wall reinstatement and civil and work to return the property to flat, level and graded gravel condition.
