The Village of Fruitvale (Village) is seeking quotes to reline a 200 mm diameter Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) gravity sewer main using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) relining technology and rehabilitate concrete manholes with polymer/geopolymer coating, fibre reinforced mortar, or CIPP. Other manhole rehabilitation solutions will also be considered. The liner shall have a chemically inert interior surface that closely follows the contours of the host pipe. The manhole rehabilitation shall create an impervious coating and include benching and spot repairs as required. The sections are located between following Manholes: 408A, 408, 427, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 438. Additionally, there are two manholes located at 1681 Hwy 3B. Pipes and manholes schedule for rehabilitation are shown on the attached drawings. The RCP main sections are as follows: Section 408A to 408: 35m Section 411 to 412: 70m Section 408 to 427: 45m Section 412 to 413: 65m Section 408 to 409: 48m Section 413 to 414: 80m Section 409 to 410: 80m Section 414 to 415: 85m Section 410 to 411: 80m Section 415 to 438: 60m The manholes requiring rehabilitation are as follows: 408A 413 408 414 427 415 409 438 410 LS3 MH #1 411 LS3 MH #2 412 41 service connections exist along the length of the gravity main that will need to be reinstated.
