Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Avalon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Bay Park marina project involves upgrades to an existing Marina spanning from 53rd Street to 57th Street along Ocean Drive (CR 619). In general, the project consists of the following: Reconstruction of the boat ramp, various bulkheads and piers throughout the site, and the marina parking lot; construction of a new dockmaster building and pavilion; replacement of outfalls capable of conveying the 25 year storm; installation of sidewalk along the site to provided access to the New Marina features; ADA accessibility; Nature based Shoreline Improvements; New flood wall at Elev. 7.1; Installation of a kayak launch; and general site landscaping and enhancements. Location- The site of the work to be performed under the Contract is located at Bay Park Marina, Block 35.05, Lot 1 between 57th Street and 53rd Street along Ocean Drive in the Borough of Avalon, Cape May County, New Jersey.
