Site work for a water / sewer project in Belmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Contract #1 Installation of approximately 4,300 LF of 8" water line and related appurtenances and to connect the proposed 8" water line with tie-ins to four (4) existing water lines. Contract Times (Calendar Days)Substantial / Final Payment 120 / 150 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Belmont in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
