Reference Number : 0000357637 The project consists of all the work required to reconstruct the existing sanitary sewers indicated on the plan by the installation of Full Length Cured-in-Place pipe (CIPP) and to prepare a report of all pertinent information to be submitted to the City before final acceptance. The approximate quantities are included in the Bid Specs. Work required includes other appurtenances and related items as well as deliverables and any need restoration. This project consists all the work required to reconstruct the existing sanitary sewers indicated on the plan by the installation of Full Length cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and to prepare a report of all pertinent information to be submitted to the Owner before final acceptance. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: Sewer, CIPP, 12 inch, Full Length 3,600 FT Sewer, CIPP, 15 inch, Full Length 700 FT Sewer, CIPP, 18 inch, Full Length 700 FT Together with other appurtenances and related items of work as well as deliverables and any needed restoration. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Safety Standards Plan - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Eastpointe, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid Pricing Lump sum No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Eastpointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
