Site work for a water / sewer project in Eastpointe, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000359371 Work under this project shall consist of removing and replacing various catch basins, along with potential sewer pipe installation, drainage structure trap installation and structure cover adjustments. Locations will be throughout the City of Eastpointe and will be determined by Department of Public Works and Service staff once the contract has been awarded to the successful contractor. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Eastpointe, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Eastpointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids.
