Reference Number 0000356141 The City of Eastpointe is soliciting qualified vendors to submit bids for Custodial Services of City Building within the City of Eastpointe. Those buildings include City Hall, Memorial Library, the Police Department and District Court Building, and two office areas at the Department of Public Works & Services. Purchase Type Duration: 3 years The contract will be effective August 2024, for up to a three-year period unless terminated. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the City.
