Reference Number 0000349483 The city of Eastpointe is soliciting proposals from interested contractors to perform comprehensive maintenance services for its eight (8) parks and facilities, public buildings and city-owned properties. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. All questions and/or clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted in writing to the Assistant City Manager, Kim Homan at khoman@eastpointecity.org . The contract will be effective May 15, 2024, for up to a three-year period unless terminated. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the City. *The City of Eastpointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities as deemed fit in the best interest of the City.
