Reference Number 0000274354 Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 22, 2024 12:00 AM EDT Pricing Lump sum 1.1. This RFSO is to solicit all-inclusive hourly rates from interested and qualified vendors for the establishment of Vendor of Record (VOR) for on Demand Building Automation Systems (BAS) services for the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) portfolio. 1.2. This VOR is intended to provide supplemental variable BAS technician resources to compliment BGIS technicians in the self-performance of BAS service work. There will be no guarantee of work with demand service calls on an as and when required basis. 1.3. BGIS intent is to award to multiple vendors per region to align vendor capabilities to specific site system requirements. 1.4. These hourly rates will be used for Demand Service Calls such as regular service calls, after hours, peak demand and emergency calls and as the basis for quoted repairs. In some instances BGIS may assign Preventive Maintenance Work Orders to vendors, in such cases BGS will negotiate a scope of services to be provided at a stipulated number of hours. 1.5. The Vendor shall supply all labour, material, parts and equipment or tools necessary to provide effective and safe services. Further, the vendor will provide the services within the guidelines, regulations and laws and have the proper certifications and licenses required by the appropriate controlling agencies and jurisdictions. 1.6. BGIS reserves the right to request a breakdown of any and all quotes received during the Standing Offer Agreement. BGIS reserves the right to procure additional quotes or to self-perform the work to ensure BGIS will be obtaining the best value for these services.
