It is the Consultant's responsibility to ensure that deliverables and outcomes achieve the objectives as outlined by the City. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the tasks outlined below. The proposed approach outlined in the Scope of Work uses Technical Memoranda (TM) to summarize and report on recommended approaches and frameworks, and Condition Assessment and Lifecycle Model reports for each of the identified facilities. The following TM and reports are proposed: TM1 - Present asset hierarchy structure to classify water facilities assets. Summarize the methodology, assumptions, and reasonings used to create the asset hierarchy structure for all asset types within the water facilities asset portfolio. TM2 - Present a framework for an asset information database, and a capital planning tool that captures both short-term and long-term capital renewal projects. Provide details on the methodology, assumptions, data fields, data input types, calculations, definitions, strategies, etc. Reports - Using the framework and tool developed in TM2, provide condition assessment reports, and completed lifecycle models for the facilities listed in Appendix A. Provide an executive summary report with an overview for all facilities reviewed. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
