The City of San Leandro desires to solicit qualified proposals for a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Awards resulting from this RFP will be a fixed contract with an initial term of September 2024 through September 2025. The qualified consultant will coordinate, facilitate, and develop a comprehensive Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) pursuant to the Disaster Mitigation Act (DMA) of 2000, implementing regulations and guidance as they apply to local governments. Perez, sperez@sanleandro.org. All questions shall be submitted via email Interested parties are encouraged to advise both Elizabeth Bessman and Sally M. Perez, to be placed on the project plan holder's list to receive courtesy notifications of addenda and other project information. Project Addenda, if any, will be posted on the website. A bidder who fails to address all project addenda in its proposal may be deemed non-responsive.
