Renovation of a laboratory facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Period of Performance: 08/05/2024 to 11/04/2024 0001 To perform the following electrical services as described in Statement of Work: -Rewire ten(10) 8FT T8 light fixtures to accept direct wire LED lamps, provide and install LED lamps. -Replace seventeen (17) 4ft, 2 bulb, vapor tight linear fluorescent fixtures with 2 bulb vapor tight LED fixtures including LED lamps. -Replace or modify existing 100 watt Metal Halide fixture with equivalent LED fixture, including lamp. -Install a dedicated circuit. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at delivery location (FOB Destination). United States Department of Agriculture Plant Science Facility 3127 Ligon St. Raleigh, NC 27607 All technical questions or questions regarding the SOW must be submitted by email only to frank.palmerusda.gov. The final day for question submission is Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Potential offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit to gain a better understanding of the required work and logistics. The Offeror must submit an electronic response to this solicitation via email to frank.palmerusda.gov.
