Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 360,000-square-foot, 17-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

City of Raleigh East Civic Tower Prequalification Brasfield & Gorrie in association with Holt Brothers Construction is accepting bids from prequalified subcontractors for the City of Raleigh East Civic Tower (ECT) for Bid Package 07D Fireproofing. The MWBE Program advocates actions, which increase opportunities for historically underutilized businesses and promote diversity and inclusion in City of Raleigh contracting. The City has a goal of 15% of the total contract amount to be performed by MWBE businesses on construction and repair projects of $300,000 or more, and contracts of $100,000 or more that include any State funding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
