*As of March 05, 2025, this is now under construction. Construction work started this month, March 2025, and is expected to be completed in November 2025. Bids for the following packages BP1A General Trades, BP3A Concrete, BP4A Masonry, BP5A Structural & Misc. Steel, BP7A Waterproofing, BP8F Exterior Storefront, BP12B Laboratory Casework, BP23D HVAC Equipment Pre-Purchase (AHU), BP31D Sitework, BP32O Landscaping. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission. Good faith efforts are a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified.
