All work will be done in accordance with sections 204 and 205 of the Standard Specifications for Construction and as modified herein. Sawcut and remove the specified curb or curb and gutter section including the adjacent HMA surface to a width of 24 inches, the underlying concrete, and the underlying aggregate base to the depth shown in the detail. Excavate and prepare subgrade as necessary to construct the proposed curb and gutter and Hand Patching. Dispose of all removed materials.
