The City of Santa Barbara seeks to establish a Preapproved Vendor List ("PVL") for emergency repair and remediation services for use by the City on an as-needed basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The City invites proposals from qualified emergency repair and remediation service providers for placement on the list. The City anticipates selecting one or multiple contractor(s) that have the ability to respond to emergency situations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of any work. The agreements awarded shall be subject to prevailing wage requirements.
