Other Details The WORK occurs within District owned easements in the unincorporated area of Santa Barbara County near Santa Barbara, California, west of Encore Drive, between the Union Pacific Railroad culvert and Modoc Road. Notes The County encourages the participation of DBEs as defined in 49 CFR 26. You are encouraged to employ craftsmen and other workers from the local labor market whenever possible to do so. Local labor market is defined as the labor market within the geographical confines of the County of Santa Barbara, State of California.
