Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Proposed Work Will Consist of the Design of the 8th Street Multi-use Path (Creamery Branch Rail Path), Rural Road to Mcclintock Drive Including: Interpretive Signage Highlighting Ancestral O'odham Cultural Heritage and the History of Railroading in Tempe, 10' Multiuse Path From Rural Road to Dorsey Drive, Lighting, Signing and Striping, Bike Lanes, Grading and Drainage, Paving, Landscaping and Irrigation, and Utility Clearances, Together With Associated Work. Please direct any questions no later than December 30, 2024, by 4:00 p.m., Arizona time, to the City of Tempe Engineering Division at contractor_support@tempe.gov FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS: Federal Labor Standards, including Davis Bacon Act apply and will be enforced. The City of Tempe and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. The minimum goal for participation by DBEs on this project is as follows: 8.9 PERCENT for this contract.
