The Township of Lower Merion at 75 East Lancaster Avenue of Ardmore of Pennsylvania invites qualified and experienced Contractors to provide their general construction services to implement the "Belmont Hills Library Vestibule Improvements" as described in this RFP. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Aug 9th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT Estimated Contract Value: $23,000 The Work consists of, but is not limited to: a. Temporary barriers / dust partitions to isolate the work area b. Temporary measures, if work conducted during Library open hours, to maintain emergency egress c. Protection of existing finishes, furnishings, etc to remain d. Selective demolition and disposal of: i. Carpet within work area ii. Vinyl wall base within work area e. Cleaning of concrete floor and walk off mat pit area f. Cleaning of walk off mat to a dirt and odor-free condition g. Providing new vinyl tile flooring and vinyl wall base h. Resetting walk off mat i. Progress and final cleaning Background 1.
