The renovation project includes, but is not limited to, selective site demolition and improvements; coordination with utility agencies for modification of incoming electric and gas services; selective interior building demolition; structural steel; concrete foundation and slabs; interior space reconfiguration, finishes, and accessories; rear roof repairs; front roof replacement; replacement / upgrade of generator, HVAC system, electrical system, fire alarm system; plumbing; fire protection system; overhead doors; signage; and associated appurtenances. Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.
