The project includes but is not limited to the following: 1 km of 675 mm sanitary trunk main supply and installation at 4-5 m depths in a constrained environment, from the Gyro lift station to the existing main at Cook Road. Sanitary trench dewatering. Wilson Creek trenchless sanitary trunk crossing. Reconnection of sanitary sewer services. Potential roundabout. Potential watermain upsizing. Traffic management to maintain pedestrian traffic and local access. Road upgrades, including curb, sidewalk, boulevards, road widening, and multi-use paths between Swordy Road and Cook Road. Coordination with Fortis Electrical, Telus, and Rogers to relocate existing utility poles and underground services.
