The City of Holyoke, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the RTU Replacement - Holyoke High School Dean Campus & Morgan Elementary. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the replacement of a total of (5) roof top units. (4) rooftop units at William G. Morgan School and (1) roof top unit at William J. Dean Tech High School. Refer to MEP drawings for mechanical, electrical and plumbing information. The rooftop units have been pre-purchased by the City of Holyoke. This is a labor only bid.
