**As of September 27, 2024, The City reject all bids received in response to ITB 24-022 “Purchase and Installation of Prefabricated Shed”. The City intends to review the scope of work and reissue a solicitation for these services. A Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to furnish and install one (1) prefabricated shed meeting the specifications outlined below. T The City will prepare the concrete slab foundation for the prefabricated shed. o Dimensions: 24 feet x 30 feet o 10 foot x 7 foot roll-up door o Metal roof o Vinyl siding o Wall Height: 8 feet o Plywood floor o 1 window measuring 30 inches x 30 inches o Structure must be impact resistant and hurricane rated in accordance with Florida Building Code or Miami-Dade specifications o All wood components must be pressure treated against termites All bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the submission of the bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. Pursuant to Florida law, all Bids are exempt public records until thirty (30) days after opening, or award of bid, whichever is sooner. In the event presentations are necessary, all non-presenting bidders will be required to exit the room during the presentations of each of the other bidders as portions of selection committee meetings at which presentations are made are exempt from Florida's public meeting laws.
