This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) is requesting Quotations for the provision of services to Remove & Dispose of all carpet and base carpet trim, and supply and install ceramic tile as specified within the document for the 1st and 2nd floor/s of this building. Bidders will also be required to price the painting of the walls of all common areas, 2nd floor ceiling and the painting all door frames on the 1st and 2nd floors for the building.
