The Bidder and Subcontractors must have and can provide their UEI Number and CAGE Code at the time the Bid is submitted. The Owner is an equal opportunity provider and employer. Bidders are to base their Bids on the Project funding being provided in whole or in part by the Nevada Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
