The work generally involves improvements at Thorn Park. Specific items include new pickleball courts, fencing, and lighting. Furthermore, proposed activitiesinclude site preparation inclusive of rough and finish grading, general removal items including the removal of the existing ball field, bituminous paving, concrete paving, dumpster enclosure, shade structures, detention basin, native seeding, and lawn seeding. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft of bid bond of an approved surety company doing businessin Michigan in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount proposed. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Information for Bidders of the bid documents. Project Completion Date: Friday, June 27, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of the same, waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid in their own best interest. All work, including substantial completion of all items under this contract, including clean-up and punch list items shall be performed in the prescribed manner and completely executed ready for use by June 27, 2024 for all construction items..0.
