Notice Content The Wyoming State Construction Dept., Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will receive online bids until 1:00 p.m. on August 14, 2024, for the Admin Building Parking Lot Upgrade project located at the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of the repair and upgrades to the Administration and Warehouse Parking Lots. It will include, but not be limited to, installation of the new inlet and catch basin, new head wall and riprap, curb and gutter, concrete aprons, crack seal entire parking lots, chip seal both parking lots. Contractor will be responsible for filling all cracks, chip sealing and painting the parking lot vehicle spaces with highway yellow paint for the parking lot spaces and standard colors handicap spaces. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2024 at Wyoming State Penitentiary, 2900 S. Higley Blvd., Rawlins, WY 82301. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance are required to represent the company for which they are employed. All persons attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting are required to submit background check paperwork at least 72 hours prior to the date and time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
