Purchase of a Commercial Golf Simulator Introduction The City of Rawlins Wyoming is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply and install a commercial indoor golf simulator at the Rochelle Ranch Golf Course. This Invitation for Bids outlines the requirements and expectations for the project, including installation, maintenance, and support. . Upon receipt, all Invitation for Bids submissions will be reviewed for completeness in accordance with the threshold and selection criteria contained herein. If threshold criteria are satisfied, the City of Rawlins will assess each Respondent's product qualifications based upon the selection criteria. Questions must be submitted via email to Nikki Howell,Recreation Director, nhowell@rawlinswy.gov, by 2:00pm MST onSeptember 3, 2024. A bid guarantee is required pursuant to W. S.15-1-113(f); each bid must be accompanied by a bidguarantee, in the form as stated in the General Provisions, in the amount of 5% of the total amountof the bid, to be forfeited to theCity as liquidated damages in the event the bidder, upon the lettingof the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30)days after it is presented for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. All bids must remain open for forty-five (45) days after the date of opening of the bids as the City mayrequire that time period for acceptance of the winning bid.
