Renovation of a detention facility in Rawlins, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project will consist of the repairing and replacement of deficiencies found during inspections of the fire alarm and sprinkler inspections of 2023. This includes but is not limited to: replacing multiple types of institutional sprinkler heads and missing parts, flow switches that have failed or are failing, escutcheons, replacing antifreeze, gauges, couplings, a CT1 module, wire, and required signage. This also includes tying in one kitchen hood to the existing fire alarm system via the closest device after the purchase, installation and programming of the CT1 module for monitoring and correctly plumbing in the ANSUL Piranha system with copper pipe. Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online Mountain Time on September 16, 2024, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check.
