Renovation of a detention facility in Rawlins, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project will consist of the examination, maintenance and repair or replacement of six hundred and ninety (690) electronically control doors (POP) and swing doors and ninety-eight (98) slider doors. It will consist of cleaning and lubrication of all detention openings. Repairs will consist of adjusting closures, shimming, and reframing of hollow metal frames. New hardware to be provided, including new locksets, new hinges, replacing missing security screws and cylinders as needed (Any/all electronics will be performed by the successful bidder and all screws need to be security screws.) Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 MT on August 8, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 15, 2024. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2024, will not be addressed. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system
