Renovation of a museum in Crisfield, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Scope of Work- The City is soliciting proposals from qualified professional general contractors (herein referenced as proposer or consultant) to provide the following services, listed in the order of priority, for the Crisfield Armory located at 8 E Main Street: 1. Securing the building envelope, to include areas where water is coming in, such as the boiler pit in the basement. 2. Mold assessment. 3. Run 3 phase power to the building 4. HVAC demolition There is $422,436 in existing Department of Housing and Community Development funding available for this project. The funding may not be adequate to complete all parts of the project listed here. Contractor selection will include consideration for the maximum amount of work to be completed with existing funding. All requests for access must be made by Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
