The City of Crisfield is requesting proposals from qualified HVAC replacement contractors to replace the HVAC system for the city building located at 382 W Main Street, Crisfield, MD, 21817. Background The City of Crisfield is seeking a commercial HVAC contractor to replace the existing HVAC system within the City owned building at 382 W Main Street, Crisfield, MD, 21817, the building is a commercial mixed use building which contains apartments, offices, undeveloped space, and businesses. The building is also designated as the future site of the Main Street Revitalization and Resiliency Business Incubator. Scope of Work The City is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to facilitate the replacement of the current HVAC system in operation located at 382 W. Main Street in Crisfield, Md. 21817. The overall goal of the project is to install an HVAC Mini-Split system that is responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations within the living and workplace areas with simultaneous cooling and heating operations that can be selected individually for each indoor unit to provide a comfortable room environment in each area. Providers must include all labor, materials, tools, personnel, equipment, and including the disposal of used material to perform and deliver the services required under this contract.
