The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: o 450 LF 6" HDPE Water Main Directional Bore o 75 LF 1" HDPE Water Service o 1- 6" Existing Water Main Connection o 6" Hydrant o 2 - 6" Gate Valves o 1 - 1" Water Corporation Valve o 1,000 SF Asphalt Removal/Replacement o 60 LF Asphalt Sawcutting o 100 LF Silt Fence o 1 LS Turf Restoration/Hydroseeding o Install 2 Protection Bollards by Hydrant The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to ~ ve percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. The Village of Norwalk reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
