This project is a new 5-story 90,000+ SF out of ground building located along Bolton Road in the existing S-Lot parking lot. Project Overview The Lee Kennedy Company (LKCO) is the awarded CM on the new UConn School of Nursing project. This project is a 5-story 90,000 SF new out of ground building located along Bolton Road in the existing S-Lot parking lot. The project footprint will be located in the South end of S-lot closest to E.O. Smith Highschool and in between UConn's South Campus Chiller Plant and the Fine Arts Building. The project will include new classrooms, offices, simulation labs, wet labs, innovation labs, as well as common spaces, future fit-out/expansion areas and will connect to campus utility infrastructure. The existing parking lot will be reconfigured along with the extension of the Academic Way sidewalk through S-Lot and between the existing South Campus Chiller Plant and the new School of Nursing building to connect the new building back to campus.
