Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danforth, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of roadway maintenance, including oil and chip seal, to various streets. Maintenance, Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance, Street/Road Repairs. All Manholes and Valve Boxes shall be covered, protected, marked, and located prior/after seal coat operations. A-1 SEAL COATING Contractor shall street sweep excess chips 7-14 days after operations. Additional Description: All work shall be done in accordance with Check Sheet #LRS9, except for revision of BASIS OF PAYMENT: This work shall be paid for at the contract unit price per gallon for BITUMINOUS MATERIALS (prime, cover & seal coat). The project completion date shall be no later than October 31, 2024. All work must be done on or before that date.. The Contractor is responsible for researching the current prevailing wages for Iroquois County, Illinois per Trade category and paying the required wages during the time of the project. The Contractor shall name the following entities as additional insured under the Contracts general liability insurance policy in according with Article 107.27 a. Village of Danforth b. MSA Professional Services, INC> The Village of Danforth intends to award the project to the apparent low bidder that provides a unit cost on all bid items stated on form BLR 12241. Any proposal turned in that doesn't have all unit prices will be considered incomplete and rejected.
